advice when taking KTM

after the incident i rethink about the mistakes i did
i had the responsibility to share with others
the ways to prevent your phone to be stolen

first of all, don't show your phone in public
you may be marked my those with intentions
this is almost impossible when we need to make calls or text messages

secondly, hold on to your phone at all times
ladies, keep it in your hand bags and hold on to it as close to you as possible
if you keep it in your pocket, it's not totally safe
keep your hand on your pocket if possible

thirdly, don't listen to music with your phone
i provided a chance for the verdict to pull my phone out of my pocket
the head/earphone plugged onto the phone allows him to do that
if the urge for music is too strong
my suggestion is to guide the wires under the clothes
don't let it hang around outside

fourth, pay extra attention to your belongings, not only your phone
when heading into crowded areas
for example, boarding a train with people pushing behind
watch out for close contact with others
things happen when someone "carelessly" touched you somewhere

fifth, tie your phone to you
no matter what the method is
string, rope, chain, lanyard
anything to keep your phone to you is sufficient
this is dangerous sometimes when there's a hit and run
you'll get "dragged along"

lastly, this method won't be effective
don't bring your phone out
sounds like bullshit
but this is the best way to prevent your phone from being stolen
but then what's the meaning of having one in the first place

that's all i have for this
hope what happened on me won't happen on others
it hurts the heart and the wallet/purse

take care and be careful everyone
