tomyam mee for lunch

not much materials left at home
so went out to buy some groceries
after arriving home only realize that i don't have any flavouring for the soup
only left in the kitchen is the tomyam paste jw bought this sem
changed the stock to tomyam with the ingredients of "qing tong"
so..
here it is


separated the mee with soup so that the mee wont expand while i prepare

 
extracted the frankfurter from the  soup for the same reason too (the pot was too small also)

 
cut open the frankfurter for it to cook faster

 
bak choi, tomato, potato, onion and three full teaspoon of tomyam paste
